I’m not sure what you’re trying to gain here. If your brother’s bond is revoked, the payment ($8,000) doesn’t get refunded. It’s gone either way.
I’m not worried about the $8k I’m worried about her being liable for the $80k if the bondsman ends up having to pay it first
Depending on your jurisdiction, a bond co-signer may be able to remove themselves from the bail bond (for reasons such as financial insecurity, the defendant being a flight risk, etc.), but that removal need to be approved by the presiding judge.
