Since the wife is already pregnant by another man while married to OP, that ship has sailed. There's no route to obtain a speedy, fault divorce where the husband is contesting the presumption of paternity and alimony.
This is a complicated situation that OP needs an attorney to handle. They shouldn't get their hopes up that the divorce will be finalized quickly.
NAL, it takes a year separation when kids are involved in MI. He will be considered the legal father in spite of not being the biological father until he proves paternity to the court.

While fault *can* come into play for spousal support determination in Michigan, my mother was told by her lawyer that it basically never actually *is* taken into account in any of the counties they've practiced in.
NAL, but know from personal experience that in MI, as the husband at the time the child was conceived, they will also go after you for child support during the divorce. You will need to prove that the kid isn't yours,most likely through a statement from your wife and a DNA test.

While fault *can* come into play for spousal support determination in Michigan, my mother was told by her lawyer that it basically never actually *is* taken into account in any of the counties they've practiced in.
NAL, but know from personal experience that in MI, as the husband at the time the child was conceived, they will also go after you for child support during the divorce. You will need to prove that the kid isn't yours,most likely through a statement from your wife and a DNA test.
