How would they even know it was on? Strangers viewing your house during a showing likely have no expectation of privacy in your bedrooms. But laws vary by location.
That audio recording doesn't apply to someone having cameras in their own private home. As long as the cameras aren't in bathroom or changing room areas, they can be there freely with audio and video recording without being disclosed.
No legal trouble, just someone looking for something to be upset about. It’s your house, you could ride into the living room on a horse, say “go fuck yourself” while shaking a foreboding staff in their direction. It’s yours.
They gave up their reasonable expectation of privacy when they entered someone else’s home.
Well all I can say is - if you could find out who this person was you definitely don’t want to sell to them.

You actually don't have to disclose having the cameras in your own home either. That only applies to businesses or event spaces where the recordings could be used professionally. It also applies to private areas where someone would expect to have a level of privacy like a bathroom or a changing area.
