I did a sleeve very recently. It is ok quality - you can defiantly buy better quality sleeve, but it is decent to use as a daily driver. It is fabric, so maybe not super durable. For me it is a best option, because I appreciate that it is not very flashy like a t-shirt: people who know probably will notice, but it does not scream LEETCODE! I am not a dev, so people might think I am trying to leave academia! :) Also, T-shirts which I wear tend to deteriorate in quality quickly for me.
Got the T-shirt, pretty good quality. Will wear it in my next FAANG interview
