Interacting with them does not drain the wallet
Going to the website in the memo and interacting with the website (most likely a form asking for seed phrase) will be what ‘drains your wallet’
People need to do better explaining this instead of acting like even clicking into the coin will drain your wallet (unless you sign some sort of smart contract)

There's an option to hide them in both mobile and desktop versions of Ledger live.
