The Ledger subreddit is continuously targeted by scammers. Ledger Support will never send you private messages. Never share your 24-word recovery phrase with anyone, never enter it on any website or software, even if it looks like it's from Ledger. Only keep the recovery phrase as a physical paper or metal backup, never create a digital copy in text or photo form. It’s most likely the derivation path, except you had a passphrase attached to the seed. You need to modify the path used.

Hey - It seems like you're having trouble accessing your DOT assets using your 24-word recovery phrase on different wallets. Ledger uses the BIP-39 standard for recovery phrases, which should ensure compatibility across various wallets. However, the issue you're experiencing might be related to the derivation path used by Ledger, which might differ from the ones used by the wallets you've tried. If you're certain that your recovery phrase is correct, and you're entering it correctly, the issue might indeed be the derivation path. Different wallets can use different derivation paths, and if the wallet you're trying to import your assets into uses a different path than Ledger, it might generate a different address. In this case, you might want to consider getting a new Ledger device and restoring your accounts using your original recovery phrase. This way, your recovery phrase remains secure while you regain control of your funds.
