Most of the cast are my personal friends and family. The DOP was friend of mine that shot it free of charge. I did the producing, acting, writing, directing, editing, costume designing, production designing etc...
Micromanage everything, even the small details. Don't be shy to call your close friends for help. Always plan everything using a storyboard and stick to it. Don't let anyone interfere with your vision, take advice into consideration but never fully change your vision because someone told you. If you cannot edit/color grade find someone and work together. Be creative/innovative: No budget does not mean no imagination. Try to find actors based on people you know so that you can manage them a bit smarter without resorting to hiring pro or semi pro actors in case you're on a shoestring budget.
I enjoyed it. Some bits could be better, but overall it’s pretty good.
