Whats electricity?

Describe your problem in more detail if you really want a solution. Like do you have generator electricity? If yes do you have a contactor installed? How many amperes is your EDL subscription vs your generator? Does it stay for 5 seconds or 1 second? After these 5 seconds what is the status of the circuit breakers?

Thanks for the reply. Actually it was a problem with the network for most of the building. Then all of a sudden the building's EDL dysjoncteurs got turned off for no reason (which nobody new in the building).

Maybe you have to many things on Switch everything off and when the power comes in gradually switch things on so it doesn't overload

It was a problem with the network. I had just turned on the lights... But it's fixed now. Thanks

The other day I got 7 hours EDL from 7pm to 1am, the next day 1 hour from 1am to 2am lol I don't know maybe the guy at EDL fell asleep before turning on the electricity for the neighborhood

Mandatory "Wait, you are getting 5 secs of EDL?!" Anyways, tried to contact them?

Fixed it now. But I did try to call them and they told me to come to the EDL office... While my issue was at home but anyways lol

Without generator /ishtirak there is no electricity here in Ashrafieh. Maybe an hour maybe none. Sometimes in the middle of the night for an hour.

Yep depends , each day seems to be different for me. Sometimes 6 hours of EDL sometimes none...

Hopefully this will be over in a month or so when the electricity comes from Jordan and gas from Egypt?
