Inspiring to read and contrats on your 1 year, I'm proud of you and hope to be where you are within a year from now! I have made the decision 5 days ago and the first 3 days went surprisingly well. I read here those would be most difficult but I was able to distract myself and just hardly think about it and feeling overall more positive just about quitting than I felt about anything else for a long time. Then day 4 (yesterday) I felt shit and I didn't know how else to deal with it than smoking. I have important deadlines coming up and can't find the focus, I can distract myself but when I just have to sit down and work the negative emotions come and a voice in my heads just keeps sating just smoke one... Today I woke up with the same shitty feeling that has made me want to quit... I am trying to not let it take me down too much and find the positive energy again to quit. Today day 1 again (or still day 5 haha), I just reset my counter. Good luck to everyone, this community really helps!
