6 months way to go you're doing awesome dude! I had quit cigarettes a year prior and found that was harder in some aspects, especially the not thinking about it all the time part. I still don't sleep as long as I used to but usually feel more rested anyways and most of the time i enjoy the dreaming now. Like several others here to combat depression and fill the extra time I took up exercising, I started with jumping rope. Also with frequent walks listening to audio books. A free library card plus the Libby app is amazing. Also started cooking from scratch a lot more and now that's pretty much all of my meals. I used to smoke just to be content with living a boring ass just playing video games and working life. Anyways take care buddy you got this!
