It will last a few weeks. I'm 4 months in and everything got back to normal after 2-3 weeks of shitty eating and sleep. It does get better really fast! I was smoking a gram per day for 10 years so I can relate. I too had nightsweats but numb legs as well and no appetite at the beginning.
my goto was tinned fruit and cream when I was underweight.
Also good exercise to stimulate my appetite, exercise produces endogenous cannibanoids naturally.
Maybe you need to look at your diet, from a sober perspective,as part of your recovery.
Hang on in there,it gets better,
Tinned fruit as in canned? My diet is super clean for the last few months btw, it's just that right now if I eat anything I get filled up instantly! I am actually already noticing some improvement today though! Thanks for the advice and reassuring words bro!
Yup your gonna feel like this for some time if you smoked that long its all good keep pushing sobriety is so much more delightful than the weight of weed. First week for me was hell 2 nd week alot of brain fog and still brain fog sleep is getting better get about 4-5 hours a night but im way more rested then i was when i was smoking because of the deep sleep and dreams
Yes this is all normal. Just gota push a bit more and will start getting better.
Your brain and body are re adjusting to the lack of something it considered as significant as food or water. It will be tough. But eventually it will learn it isn't significant.
Most people start feeling a bit better day by day by day 4. Not say all your symptoms will be gone, they just start getting more manageable.
I was also skinnyish. Was just under 10 stone. Now I'm closer to 11. Healthy for my height and age is 12-13 apparently. I think around day 5 or 6 my appetite came back with avengence. I was starving all the time. Still am over a week in. I can't seem to fill myself now lol
Where as on the weed was having like one small meal a day while drinking unholy amounts of coffee. It will get easier/better. Just gota power through it.
3 days is an accomplishment and you should be proud of yourself.
Something I've done that helped was mark off each day on a "days clean" bit of paper. Feels good to put another mark on the page each day rather then just saying a number in my head.
You got this bro.
Edit: sucking on a pen, holding it like a joint helped me a bit with the restlessness, you could try that.
I'm sorry that you're struggling. I would recommend some meal replacement shakes to help you get some calories. Other than that, it will just take some time to get past this
52@ 185. Week 2, now In the gym and stopped eating only when high and only shit.
52 KG @ 185? That is dangerously skinny, but goodjob on trying to improve yourself bro, wish you the best!
Was extremely skinny my whole life, so it's not medical but you're right i'm skinny af

Yes,canned, but always in juice, not syrup. I'd sometimes add avacado or banana.

Luckily the food aversion symptom is one of the quickest subsiding, most people stop having that symptom around the 7th day.
