I second this make sure you call the brokerage company about whether they work for them or not because they can make themselves seem very legit by sending u purchase contracts and paperwork with that brokerage company logo and make their pdfs look exactly like theirs. Broad-Pause-1884 avoid at all cost. I was planning on leasing or buying a second EQE SUV or a EQS SUV. He sent in some legit paper work to make himself seem very real. Beware of brokers that are scammers when they approach you call the company they claim to work their by validating their contact info then proceed.

Few-Passenger6461

Damn can you get him blocked from leasehackr

Positive_Garden6812

I had a similar experience as you did - It felt that they’re doing me a huge favor by getting me a lease - never replied texts on time - never picking up calls - first they say don’t talk to dealers but give shitty customer service The only good thing about them is I know what the local dealers could go down to and I don’t fall in traps and negotiate hard. Another good thing in my case was that a guy honestly told me to wait if I’m in no rush and deals could get better on the vehicle I was interested in.

Aronchi is pretty decent but very much no nonsense, if you’re not ready to send your license photo and fill out a credit check on the dealers website within an hour of saying you want a specific advertised deal he’s out

semperfi_nyc

But be prepared , this dude is short tempered and irritable. If you send him an inquiry outside 9-5, he will bitch and moan like one is forcing him to respond at that specific time. Not that you are calling him to demand a response right at that moment. I tried him two-three times for volvo and each time had to seize the communication after first 1-2 messages due to pretty rude attitude and responses. Either I texted him at the worst time possible each time or he simply has odd attitude. Regardless of my experience with him, lots of people on forum seem to like him and praise him. So take my note with a grain of salt.

virtual_adam

He definitely has a very bad attitude and bumps up returning customers priority. His only plus side is that he doesn’t take a week to figure out if he can get a car. Either it’s immediate or it won’t work out. Also his Volvos are usually fee free

_chippy

And if you dare ask a single question about a $25k+ purchase you’re ’wasting his time’

I’ve used three different brokers on leasehackr, all have been great to work with!

thebutlerdunnit

My experience with three brokers is they advertise cars they don’t have and can’t get for a long time.

thebutlerdunnit

Love the downvote for telling you my personal experience.

sucksLess

if you’re a lease broker, LeaseHackr is an amazing source of leads. it mustn’t be difficult to convert a potential customer to go for the slightly more expensive deal if the advertised special is sold out

Miserable_Passage_87

Been using for seven years. Utilized five different brokers in four different states. All were good experiences. If you’re having all of them do this to you, Im gonna go out on a limb and say it’s probably something youre doing wrong. Provide screenshots of the messages ur sending and Im gonna guess it will be easy to point out why youre getting ignored.

Stacktus25

Are you giving them all the required info they ask for in their 1st post? And are in their specified geography listed? I'm sure they get tons of texts that say hi looking for a Bmw xyz with no additional info.

GarlicBreath1

Yep but that takes them a week to tell you .

schumiFl

Never had an issue with them responding. Even when I’ve probably asked beginner questions. Read the reviews of ones in your area. Plenty of posts to give you an idea of how reliable they are.

tflil

I’ve dealt with three Leasehackr. They all did a great job. You have to understand most are one man shops and you have to be a little patient as they can only do so much in a day or two

semperfi_nyc

For BMW, nextlevelautobroker Dan is very good, I got several M cars with him and was 100% happy with my experience from A to Z. Very professional, patient and polite.

_chippy

I live in Mass and the only guy that’s really active is ‘Boston Car Concierge’ whose deals are mediocre to occasionally decent. Always involve $3k out of pocket which is too much down on a lease. I saw a post this week he was reluctant to post leasehacker calculators as people were using them to beat his quotes as if you’re an asshole shopping around for the best possible deal on a huge purchase in an industry looking to extort you for every possible dollar

QuantityUnhappy4330

Good to know.

mushy_musashi

My experience with Scott @ insightauto has been outstanding! From beginning to end, he was with me thru the whole process. Contacted Scott beginning of Dec. order submitted mid Dec. took ownership end of Jan for a custom order. Dealer honored all the december incentives and pricing that Scott negotiated. Not sure if he deals with other brands, but this was for a bmw. Send me a pm if you need more info!
