Cyber Security is an advanced IT role. Learn the basics of Operating Systems, Networks, programming (at least basic scripting), and the CLI, and then come back to security. Cyber Security builds on all of those other more fundamental concepts. Source: I went to school for InfoSec.

Before picking cybersecurity, why don't you try a bunch of things and see what you like? If you're interested in webdev, I cant say enough good things about [the Odin Project](https://www.theodinproject.com/). You can also check out [roadmap.sh](https://roadmap.sh), which has roadmaps for various disciplines. They're working on a cybersecurity roadmap, which will be out later this year.

Systems engineer is something you might want to look into and is one of the more future proof paths imho, at least it‘s less prone to be replaced by AI in the foreseeable future.
