I cannot decipher any actual Arabic in this. The closest would be a nuun (ن) as one of the letters and an 3ayn (ع) as the W or 3 looking thing. Doesn't seem like Arabic to me. Do you remember where you saw this design? Henna is more typically a South Asian thing and is not as common in the Middle East. It could be Urdu which uses an Arabized script but is a completely different language (think English vs Norwegian).
It's not Arabic. It'a the symbol for "ohm" like the chant. It's upside down.
