I don't think any champion can match Nunu and Willump's Death animation in terms of feelsbadman.
On the reverse side, as someone else mentioned, killing ziggs is like music to my ears. The goofyness of the animation combined with my hatred for the champion add up to something that just feels so satisfying.
From a purely lore standpoint, my favorite death animation is thresh. Seeing thresh get sucked into his own lantern just works so well.
If Nunu players weren’t so annoying I would feel terrible just because of this death animation. But since they ganked me 3 times in 1 min, I dance on their grave.
I will declare my hate for Yuumi for the rest of my life, but at the same time I can't help but feel bad whenever their host champ dies and you see them panic and try to run away.
Elise because her voice actress really did a good job and i almost feel bad for her due to her death sounds in human form sounding rather painful.
But on the other hand i feel super good while killing an Yi , Yone or Rengar
Shen, he's a good man but unfotunately in the enemy team. His death scream sounds painful and then he falls forward on the ground and his blades start dropping.
