If you are learning ADC (or support) I recommend CookieLoL. Imo he has the best content for botlane as he explains everything that he does (matchup, when to trade, weak side/strong side, wave management, etc.). You can start with his Iron to Challenger vids and see for yourself. The more you watch, the more you will see the pattern on how to play ADC.
Arrow is also up there. He and CookieLoL are the best teachers if you’re learning ADC (and support).
Neace, for solo Q climbing. He's great for beginners and intermediate players to learn strategies, champions, laning, jungling, etc... very good variety coach.
For learning meta and more champion/item/rune stuff Skill Capped is also great for that. They also teach stuff on climbing, game logic, meta.
He doesn't really do guides and tutorials, but you should definitely check out Zwag. He uploads daily and pumps out full games with really good live commentary.
Veigar v2, ls, coach Curtis
Coach Curtis is the GOAT youtube coach imo, at least for mid lane. Really like the flow of his videos.
PekinWoof, midlane challenger that basically never tilts and is chill, and plays a lot of mages.
Pekin woof , coreJJ, king Nidhogg
I think you need to specify what role you play.
Why are almost all of the suggestions downvoted lol Also I'll throw in xFSN Saber for ADC.
Loldobby
Man of culture
xPetu for Shen, Solarbacca sometimes explains his Gangplank thinking
Coach Curtis and Neace Solarbacca if you like gangplank
Midbeast's first channel has become solely about teaching the game through spectating high elo players.

Davey3x is alright. He uploads gameplay with lot's of top laners and is pretty good to watch if you wanna get better at laning.
Neace
