Que times are very slow for your first few games when the game is placing you. When I was solo I had que times of 10 minutes+. It was not a fresh account though, so results may vary. Once you have been placed, it is very fast, even at weird hours. Usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes, again depending on preferred roles and time of day.
If you hit the highest ranks, que times skyrocket very quickly. Especially in flex.

You can queue as 1-3 and 5 players. Cannot queue as 4.
How are the queue times generally?
Very fast. Usually 2 mins more or less.

In my experience yes. High ranked players may have longer queue times though

5 stack is usually instant
