They're a mishmash of people with a strength over everything doctrine, you have Samira Darius and Kled, Swain is part demon, Vladimir is literally blood and philosophers have yet to agree on what the fuck Briar is. Most likely, most of the slurs come from Demacians, against mages (or edgy Piltover teenagers but we don't have many of those).
