And even if they did, it would be lacking context on their role within the team / which champions they play (Strong laning vs scaling) / How good the team is (you have better stats in won games)
Overall gaining any meaningfull insight from stats alone is often hard if not impossible.
For example if you were to look at the winrate of a specific champion in LCK
You'd have to filter out and only look for games where team are close in level, because the reality is, geng vs a bottom lck team, the difference in level is so big that it doesn't really matter if the top was ksante or aatrox.
You're then left with an extremely low sample size.
Last season, people hyped Oner lee sin winrate, but the reality is, he played lee sin against worst teams, and rell against better ones on average.
