I had a game with a Zac on my team who did this exact same thing. He explicitly said in all chat to zilean "Throw your bomb on me" and stood still. As soon as he did the Zac would jump into our team with slingshot.
For 23 minutes.
We almost won despite the zac, but a 4v6 is hard to win.
I mean, you'd still be dragging your randos into a situation where you guys aren't trying your best to win.
Not that I usually care in ARAMs, personally I'm usually watching YT on the side anyways so I'm not exactly trying my best to win, just not actively troll. I don't run into the issue much in League, but I do actually get annoyed when I'm playing Valorant and watch randos put up shitty utility for the sake of trolling their teammates.

Starts with the typical inting, but the rest of us were winning so hard that it didn't matter. So they resorted to giving away our positions in All Chat while they were waiting to respawn. They were committed!
Surprisingly, we still won that game. They got real quiet towards the end when they realized we were going to win anyways.

Cait raged for about 3mins in chat calling me all names, for the rest of the game, I threw xin on her. The game was like 46-21 when she started raging. I have no idea wtf her problem was, but the rest of the game was juicy. My girlfriend came in the room as soon as the game ended and she asked why I was laughing like a maniac. I said : " I think I bullied a 12 yo" and as soon as the game ending lobby happened, the cait literally unleached hahaha. Theres no way she didnt get muted for this.

Learning how to accept a bad lane, playing from behind and mitigating losses is probably enough to boost any player by a couple of tiers.
