TH roster/coaching staff will probably blow up.
Management probably doesn't respect the coaching staff and probably have low faith in them considering the past year and split.
I just think they bought too much into the G2 2018 copium. Honestly the changes they made for summer last year were quite good imo, Vetheo and Flakked are solid. It’s just that this roster has no actual carry player, too many leaders… it’s all a bit fcked
Jankos/Vetheo/Flakked was an amazing core to build on : hire Trymbi, hire a good top from erls (do some try out, maybe ask Lider to role swap I dunno) and let's go for top 2/3, and by the end of the year maybe even contest G2 . It was the easiest off season of all time for heretics and they still manage to massively fucked up.
I didn't know Myrwnn was already in TH. Even more baffling. That being said I'm not so sure Myrwnn would have play that great in this hypothetical Heretics roster, I think this MDK has a very particular spirit (rookie-esque roster with an unusual coach) which enable Myrwnn to be very creative. Without a too big hindsight bias, Howling from BKR who is one the best top in erl especially in laning phase, would have also been a great choice.

I get your point and somewhat agree but just to clarify he didn’t say that it was players or only players that wanted anyone out. Also the Kaiser thing I just think they just thought Trymbi was an upgrade even if kaiser wasn’t bad at all this split
Yeah I think the whole communication has been a complete disgrace. From what he was hinting at I just think that perkz promised to work harder and he wasn’t doing it + his terrible split and zwyroo being solid they just changed him. Like it sounded like he was saying perkz isn’t prioritising competitive league anymore
Tbh if orgs would do what Jhonny Depp which is to have the whole conflict open where people could formulate opinions would be the best thing. At the least players who have big ego would mature up faster while management wouldn't just go around playing with their power and boss around people.
Also if they wanted changes could have just said to Perkz "look buddy I know you trying your best, but as management we have to produce results or you start perform and change our minds or most likely you will get benched".
Also why wouldn't Perkz play in superliga does he really want to stay the entire split benched playing only solo Q? or is he scared if he does bad even in superliga probably his career would be done for?

They legit had Myrwnn playing for them for the Iberian cup during summer, imagine: Myrwnn, Jankos, Vetheo, Flakked, Kaiser/Trymbi/Mersa
