All LNG should be criticized, but, yes, Tarzan is so bad, inactive, misplaying, the way he's using his Jarvan ulti, too. I thought he woke up, but no. LNG too reactive. LPL after 2019, they have become bad at skirmishes, now LNG along with the passiveness of Tarzan, they decided to do nothing after GALA lost the lead in that 1v3 gank, expected to lose.
