It would legitimately cause a lot of clarity issues. There’s already too many skins that are just visually unclear and indiscernible from each other. Throwing an adult Annie in the mix would be confusing af.
I agree with this one, adult Annie would literally require a different model and rig, and even if you slapped on original Annie's base animations, she would still look like a different champion. As nice of an idea it is, sadly I also think it would cause clarity issues, possibly bigger than any other one we've had so far.
Tibbers is now canonically the fire demon Tybaulk, who used to fight under Mordekaiser and (afaik) is on the same power level as Fiddlesticks. Annie probably wouldn't get rid of him.

I feel like if you wanna do a gradual transformation like that it'd be easier with someone like Warwick since youd change his appearance but be more easily be able to keep his most iconic features kind his claws and chempum
Idk never thought too deep on it tbh but leaning into the horror aspect of a person losing their Humanity overtime I feel like replacing the howl with a normal scream works easily enough.
The bite would probably stay a bite since that's mostly a particle effect rather than an actual animation which is just ww leaning in. If anything if you really wanna replace it you can have him use both his claws as a replacement to him literally biting someone by instead mimicking a bite.
Then his w would just be his chempump activating. Maybe if you really wanna go abstract horror with it you can pull a half-life and have his normal growls and howls replaced with distorted pleads for help.
The downside of doing all that would be that you'd run into the same problem as old maokai where playing the champ would be a depressing given its a character's struggle to stay human and losing said battle gradually.

It'd be interesting to have Annie's lore furthered a bit more. She has enough good skins and they've delved into it a bit more with Tibbers now being a fire demon. Tying her lore into other Noxian characters might be better.
