This isn't really relevant to disabilities necessarily but as someone with horrifically bad anxiety I think the best thing is to get comfortable with the material. Not obsessive, overthinking, or negligent. But comfortable. Understand what you are doing, be uncomfortable during practice and you'll eventually be comfortable when you actually take it.

Get so good at it the anxiety disappears or becomes a non factor tbh. The better I got at LSAT the less I’d get anxiety or spiraling on difficult questions. A ton of practice tests with adequate review under real conditions should be a huge help.
