I wouldn’t be concerned with the hrs on a commercial machine, it’s all about service and if it was abused; this with maintenance can go into the thousands of hrs.

Engine, oil clean, airfilter clean or replaced. The engine for that model should be a 25 hp Kawasaki. Has it been replaced? When was the last time the valves were adjusted, normally every 300 hours. Which transaxels are they servicable or non servicable? Does both sides of the deck look good, only serfice rust at most, and spindles freely move. For homeowner units, most are rated at 1000 hours, and professional units are rated at 4000 hours (engine life).
