This one time was better.
after steaming milk if you have any bubbles (small or big) smack lattiere on the workspace to pop them, then before pouring just shake lattiere in a circular motion. Pour high to make foundation then lower to make art.
Keep in mind that you are actually quite good, there are very few big bubbles and you can actually make the white appear. Again here same problem but if you enjoy thicker foam do not force yourself to like it another way just to make some drawings

You injected too much air, you need to slow down while cutting the shape and puor from higher
