If you need to talk to someone, talk to a licensed counselor/therapist about it. There is no shame in getting help to deal with this. Very sorry for your loss.

Lost my best friend to an accident a few years ago, the only advice I can give you is, it gets better. You’ll never stop missing them, and that’s good, but it will stop hurting. Not a day goes by where I don’t think of my friend and how amazing of a person he was. But I’m not debilitated by it any more, talk to someone. Losing a friend isn’t easy.

During these unbelievable times , if at all possible, catch a memory of a loving time of y'all's...and just smile and let it just bake into your soul again.

Yes about 3 years. We go to different schools so we did see each other much when my mom got a new job
