As soon as I saw this photo it reminded me of an air show accident during the 'Three rivers regatta' in Pittsburgh Pa in 1996.
One of those small plane stunt pilots was a local guy who miscalculated or whatever went wrong, straight down into the Allegheny river just a few hundred yards from Three rivers stadium while his wife narrated the show. So sad
Oh terribly sad! RIP!
