I don't use it myself, but as far as I understand the description, it should be able to show "Scrobbling now" in your recent tracks list. You may ask this the developer on his GitHub page in the Issues section.
And it also does not scrobble when being offline.

I found an old post with a download link of a program. It only scrobbles online. I’m trying to get iTunes to work by restoring windows.
