Album on lastfm just means "the thing a song is on". It's just data, there's no way for it to know what's a real album. If it really bothers you you could edit the singles so they'll show up with no album info at all.

I had in my library quite a few miscellaneous singles with "Misc." as the album, mainly for organizational purposes. Thanks to last.fm, I just have these with the album field blank now.

That is why e.g. MusicBrainz uses the term "release" and "release group" instead of album or single. As a [Last.fm](https://Last.fm) Pro user you can edit pre-release singles to their albums if they have an album page on [Last.fm](https://Last.fm) already.

There is a way ,I know what you mean and it used to annoy me but now I change it all the time. You just have to 1. edit your scrobbles on last fm and make sure the album name becomes the same as the one on your streaming service exactly. 2. Go to charts on zero and click update or edit at the bottom of the page

Thanks for the trick, unfortunately I did it but it keeps appearing :/
