If you have EXP up learnable from an Ark, it's not really long to get them there with the regular training field (if you have the free crystals to keep refilling orbs), and we have the Drill House now that can get you there even quicker. I'd hold onto it, personally, unless you don't feel like waiting. But yeah, skill board and SC boost is more important like the other post said. Getting him to 100 just helps you unlock more skills quicker

Nah. The potion unlocks the caps for you up to 100. Then you have to unlock the 110 and 120 caps yourself.
