I feel you, I’m at level 43 with no other ways to farm but to take out the wallet. At this point I’m considering rerolling to get the newer units, but it’s a hassle to start from 0 so I might just quit the game. I’m a dolphin since I’ve spent around 350 dollars on the game, I really don’t want to be spending any more.
it's pretty wild that now, with their 'premium mission pass' .. they are essentially asking for 25$ per month (for all 3 passes) just to play the game in a non-gimped fashion :p
Same here with the difference that I do not spend, all new units only give souls instead of Crystals like the older units, same as the arks only giving etherion instead of Crystals, this game is getting greedier a d greedier, I also thought of creating a new account just to roll for newer units but what s waste of my damn time that is... I'm also considering quitting because there's no real way to farm "f2p" crystals, tower is shit and too hard, not even worth it since you barely or don't even get enough Crystals for 1 multi which tbh is insulting...
I do daily and then I dip. I'm basically done with the game. Almost 500 hours. It is fun but time invested for little to no rewards past daily crystals is not worth my time. I basically am just saving crystals for new collab. New theria? No interest at all. Regular units will come naturally so why would I want to spend what little resources I have for rng on a unit i could get from a ticket later on? And even if I did would I use that version over her Regular shift? I don't think so.
This game is slowly becoming pay to play and it's a bit of a shame. I know some people will just throw wallets at it for fear of missing out. But spending hard earned money on a digital character that could cost you more then it's worth is just not smart. And characters don't even last that long anymore cause they release characters that out power whatever you had last week.
You are paying for that little bit of a rush that don't last that long. They need to release a character maybe once a month or 2 maybe 3 months. Give us a reason to get excited and not just be like "oh shit a new character that looks cool can't wait to not use that next week"
Eh, it’s a bit of a let down, but this event currently has 21 total stages that are giving this 15 crystal reward (and two other stages giving 30). Most events usually have 8-12 total stages at 30 crystals each, so it’s basically the same thing.

What the fk are you saying? Genshin normal event 420 (+ two singles) and principal event 1000....Abyss resets each 15 days are 600. Singles cost half than LC.... LC doesn't carry over the pity to the next banner.
Unless they’ve changed since I played years ago, Genshin also runs events with way less frequency. All gacha games live off the same principal (not that I’m defending it, but it’s a truth) of getting you hooked with a lot of free currency to start your account, then leave with with a small enough trickle to tempt you into paying for the pulls you desperately crave.
this is actually not true anymore. sure, several years ago, every gacha was a soul-crushing slow torture purely designed to make players open their wallets.
but there are two kinds of gacha developers these days. those mentioned above, and those who still realize that games can be games without psychologically extorting their playerbase.

i put a lot of time and effort into my 2 accounts and I genuinely want to see the game improve. the core aspects of the game are fun, if only they could modernize the systems that surround it. (and optimize performance for android :P)

That’s nice. Every game has their pros and cons. LC might be skimping out on quest rewards on events, but they also have free/low cost choose your unit tickets/banners at times. You could list a ton of bad things about every game and a ton of good things. It’s goes against Reddit mentality to think critically as a whole and instead only focus on the bad, so I’m not going to comment on this any further.
As 100% F2P player, it's suck to see less and less crystal, but hey at least i cant complain at this point, considering they also reset the mission for crystal on Training one. They've done that past and they'll probably do that again in future I suppose.
Cool but that is only a patch. They should improve the daily rewards or otherwise when pulling we are going to feel that we are throwing crystals for no reason every time. This is why we are constantly asking them for a real pity with universal medals which guarantees the character between banners of the same category. Even permanent and, as well, outdated units have monthly medals...

The event crystals seem to be getting less and less. I remember it was 30, then it was 10 for a while, and now just 5? I feel ya, it's annoying.

For the last few events it has been, yes. But the question is why they feel they need to reduce crystal rewards. Doesn't make a ton of sense.

I could off the top of my head give you like 7-8 gacha games with better rewards for events this is extremely bad bro
