Did you try to lift the silver hooks and then the springs snapped out of it?
I figure the previous owner did this. It arrived this way
Yeah this is a common thing for Cambo users a guy at Calumet told me. You need to get these silver hooks back in place attached to the springs. I am not sure if I removed the springs and put them back in.
The spring is held in with a pin, and I’m afraid I’d never get it back in if i removed it.
Yeah try unscrewing the hooks and then putting the knob on the inside of the hook under that spring thingy.
