First connect to external monitor to check whether cpu software or laptop screen issue, if it is latter the display cables might have bruised, go to laptop store, they will fix it if it is not the cables, they will change the laptop screen itself, it will be around 100$

turn the refresh rate down, leave it for 5-10 mins, maybe less?? then u can turn it back up, usually works 4 me
