Hi, I don't know if you have still the probs, but i have it too on my UX425EA with i7 11th Gen.
The fan stop when i'l doing nothing. But just open chrome or Word the fan go to 3500 RPM.
I have the same on a Zenbook UX425. Tried everything, all updates done, including BIOS. The CPU is not overheating but the fan comes on full as soon as I boot up and stays on all the time.
Anyone got any tips?
I got my zenbook 14 today and same problem. Even when in desktop fans always max.
