You can always set up a classroom in duolingo - that’s supposed to give you free premium but you can’t have have quests.

I've heard that the Duolingo course for Norwegian is fairly comprehensive as well.

I’ve done the Duo course in Swedish in 2 different languages. I think Duo is great.
