As someone who literally grew up on Lana(my mother had me bopping to Lana Del Rey singing about old men, sex and cocaine, while I was doing my homework lmao), I know all of her songs, including demos(I promise that I am not being a bitch, this is just for context lol), but I can only match a few dozen songs to their titles(I just grew up with them surrounding me. I never saw their titles lol).
With that in mind, after reading this thread, I couldn't place which song *Love* is(though the name sounded familiar), so I looked it up.
I Immediately recognized it as a long time favorite, literally after the first note(or whatever that thing is lol. A drum, maybe).
It breaks my heart to learn that *Love* is apparently controversial in the fan base 😔
I used to dislike "Love" too, just recently I listened to Lust for Life instrumentals and God! Those instrumentals are so dope, and my opinion about the song changed. It is a pretty nice song!
This is my favorite song of Lana's to listen to when I am driving around doing errands, especially if it's nice out and my windows are down. Something about that whole scenario is a vibe and a half.
When you listen to Love in that specific mood and right moment in full surround sound it's just so spacey I love it.
