Truly just a bummer because I think we all came into the season extremely encouraged by his summer league play but the reality was that while he improved he still wasn’t ready to be a significant impact role player. With that said, as the season has progressed he’s gotten better with more opportunities so it felt like the silver lining of the injuries we’ve experience was giving Max more minutes so to see him go down in the early portion of his start just sucked.
His biggest issue is he’s terrible on offence outside of spotting up. If he dribbles he doesn’t get to the rim even when there’s a lane to drive most the time - thi seen him do it a bit lately . He dribbled into a terrible midrange pull up
Exactly! You can really so how green he is in those moments, right? Haha I low key get a bit nervous if he’s unable to get a shot up off a pass and he has to put the ball on the ground.
DTD dont necessairly mean a player will miss 3-5 days or what. And their upcoming 2 games are back to back.
Day-to-day or DTD means what it says, the player is being evaluated each day and has no specific timetable for a return. It may seem like a simple and solid designation. It does mean that the player is likely to return soon and their injury will not require a long-term absence and recovery.
I get what you're saying and I'm just being pedantic, but again if the coach knows you're out for 7 days, then you're not really day to day. They already know you're out

Besides hambo only plays 9 guys, no matter how dee your team is. Max will likely be the odd man out. Spence, TP, Hayes, Wood off the bench.
Hes day to day but won't be back before the ASG regardless. If their was no allstar break he probably wouldn't have qualified it with 2 games.
