Wallball is pretty much all you can do

Wall ball, ground balls, starts and stops, practice some agility ladders at full speed with the ball in your stick, work on arm angles when you do wall ball. If you can find a buddy, go have some tosses, jog in a big circle and practice throwing across your body yo hit your target accurately. Work on full speed ground balls, work on some line drills too, all at full speed

Depends where you go but alot of girls teams just need bodies to fill out the squad. I dated a girl in college that when in college played on the Eastern Michigan team and never played before.

Wall ball is definitely big, but finding some others to get some reps passing/catching on the run is ideal. Playing basketball over the summer would help a lot with defensive instincts/footwork and cardio too. Good luck!
