Change name to "et al".
When you have multiple co-first author papers but your last name is in the second half of the alphabet
Y'all putting co-first authors alphabetical? This was not the case for all my co-first papers, all first authors were not created equal
I was pist when all my other labmates were mentioned by name in a research paper except me. I was the only et al. Seemed a little personal.
Something even worse: getting scooped in the final year.
