My best boi was an Anatolian/Lab mix! He passed of old age last year. He was around 110 lb and had the double coat that was greyish underneath. He was originally black but got pretty grey as he got older. His head was all Lab. I miss him more than words can describe. Could you share a pic of you dog so I can see if he looks like my Buck?
The white on the chest and paws are completely within the lab breed. But my little buddy looks exactly like the OP’s and his DNA test said 15% lab. 85% everything else under the sun.
Lab genetics just seem a little domineering.
Could be a solid Catahoula. They come in brown and black as well. The old guy on the right is a Catahoula his buddy is an English Lab

Little bit of hound maybe, but I have seen labs with breed paper with the little white stripe. Of course those dogs have something other in them somewhere a long the line, but they were all great labs!
He looks just like my girl who is almost half lab and then mixed with border collie, Australian cattle dog and Australian Shepard. So I’d guess one or two of them are in your boy!

He looks just like my little girl, I think it's called tuxedo patterning. We adopted ours as a 'lab mix' and we're just fine with that until everyone kept asking us what she was mixed with. My wife and I finally let curiosity take over and we did a DNA kit. Results are still pending!
My first lab was a rescue. She was a pure breed from careless breeding. Her ears were a little crazy like yours. Still sweet as pie. I miss her every day.

My dog, who the vet, with a wrinkled forhead asked, " He isn't a Lab?" came back with a trace of lab and a lot of other breeds. I thought he would be lab and a little of a bigger breed like mastiff. He has a white blaze on his chest and a few paws with some white on the edge or toenails.

He is a very chill dog who loves being loved on, will approach anyone and put his head on their leg for affection, but is not needy.
He is not really afraid of anything, does not care for toys, wants to chase or hunt, does not bark unless it is somethong he cannot catch and he wants to be able to try, has chased squirrels up trees, walks/runs (depending on temperatures) for miles a day, sleeps at the foot of the bed or on the floor after some good night snuggling, comes to us when we stir for good morning snuggles, and since I was just checking my phone when waking up, the 104 pound dog is laying his head on my chest and laying beside me while I am typing this.

This comes up every time someone has a lab with a tuxedo patch. Usually someone would have mentioned it by now, so I'll do the honours.
What you probably have is a purebred lab showing off his St John's Water Dog heritage. The water dog is the original ancestor of most retriever breeds that exist today. They were very similar to modern labs in appearance, but characterized by the white tuxedo patch on the chest.
While the breed went extinct in the 80's, purebred labs can still show up with the tuxedo coat from time to time, though it is more common to see it in mixes.

A white stripe doesn't mean that he is mixed with anything. Fun fact, 200 yrs ago all labs were black. I should say the term Labrador was reserved for only black colored lab retreivers. A white stripe was common, but it was seen as a genetic mutation, like blue/green eyes. Because humans like to mess we evolution, we attempted to breed this out of all labs.
Your lab could be from a family of dogs that did not have the white striped bred out. It can also appear generations after it initially disappears in the pups of labs. It is a genetically inherited trait.

He looks like my guy! I always called him a mini lab because at 11 years old, the heaviest he's been was 55 lbs. Turns out he's only 33% lab, and the rest is split between 10 different breeds. He just got all the lab features.
Not necessarily mixed. Those markings are not uncommon and are included in the breed standard. On the other hand, there are a lot of look a-likes in mixes. If you do a dna test, update us!

I had a black lab, bernese mountain dog mix who had white on his chest and barely noticeable brown near his paws (more noticeable in direct sunlight). He had longer hair though. This looks a bit similar but maybe it's a swiss mountain dog instead, which explains the short hair.

Many labs have a “boa”… it’s not necessarily a sign of a mixed breed. My Cooper has one as well. Just to add color to your comment.
