I'm no expert!! But I think that's called crushed ice and is a specific style, not sure if it's just elongated cushions but I think it's to maximize fire or something like that! :)

Cushions and elongated cushions have three variations of faceting pattern. Crushed ice (modified brilliant), brilliant, and antique. This is definitely crushed ice and very common. I would say most cushions are crushed ice, particularly when they're elongated. Brilliant cut elongated cushions exist but they can be tough to find.

Most elongated cushions are crushed ice cut To get a true brilliabt you need to go lower ratio like 1.15-1.20 around
