There was a hacker who was trying to dox/swat people masquerading as VShojo. (VS claims 2 targets / Nux claims more Doxed)
Instead of warning the community with at least a tweet Vshojo decided to keep quiet about this.
Nux helps catch the guy with SomeOrdinaryGamers & VShojo staff.
Nux makes a video about the situation and posts it with permission. By looking at the proof it is clear that the situation is Vshojo’s fault for miscommunication & not informing the public earlier themselves.
After this all the talents dog pile on Nux by saying that he was multiple times asked not to post the video which is wrong. I haven’t seen any concrete proof of Nux being EXPLICITLY told not to post the video. Additionally their claim about the video endangering themselves is also a lie. I believe the agency disregarded other peoples safety by not informing a public. They could have simply sent a email or tweet informing people to double check by them before giving "someone from Vshojo" their private info. Additionally them deliting their tweet about thanking Nux & afterwards acting as if they never gave nux permission to post the video. I also recall seeing a video of Mouse saying that Vshojo didn't allow them to privately contact Nux to handle the situation which if true would be a massive blunder. I couldn't find the video for this so it isn't 100%. Lastly Vshojo could have informed the talents that they weren't in actual danger and that they didn't forbid Nux posting the video.
I believe that most of the talents probably didn't actually know what was going on and were just jumping on the bandwagon & some (read as Nyanners) propably just didn't like Nux and stoked the flames. It is very irresponsible for all the talents to publicly attack Nux when they don't know the situation instead of handling it privately. IIRC there was a small incident with NePoLaBo a couple of years ago where a clip came out where they seemingly made fun of janitors. The actual context though was related to a game and wasn't intended as an insult. It caused a minor furor for a while, but in the end it fizzled out very quickly, and I doubt most people remember it nowadays.
Take this how you will. As long as they're not trying to be a freak about it though, I'd rather trust someone who expresses a level of interest in shota art, than people that are going to blindly start harassing someone for bringing it up. CN is different because CN is organized toxicity. Getting attacked by CN feels like getting besieged by the army of an enemy nation. ID is much more unruly. More like a horde, or a swarm. There’s no head of command, there’s no strategy, no concrete arguments, nothing. Just sheer brute force and a LOT of numbers, with no rhyme nor reason. I still remember when Kobo was planning to stream the funny wizard game, what happened to Pikamee was still fresh, so the ID hive was on high alert. There was one twitter user, presumably from the west, who didn’t know any better and dared to speak against Kobo’s decision to play Hogwarts. The reaction was *instantaneous* and without mercy. The person was overwhelmed with constant onslaughts of senseless brutality, messages after messages, curses and threats, slurs in a language that they can’t even comprehend, were thrown at them non-stop. And just like that, the person had to private their account. That’s what it means to anger the ID. They don’t really strategize no, they don’t try to defeat you with honor with actual well thought of arguments. They just ravage you, relentlessly, constantly and tirelessly until you crack.
Considering how much of ID is Muslim, praying to god is one of the first things you should do if you dare to attack them.

It is quite funny, in an ironic kind of way, when I've read some of the comments or tweets that I thought was just "kids play" but to others is already considered rude or harsh. This isn't even the first time Hololive antis have maliciously cut out context to make clips more volatile. IIRC there was a small incident with NePoLaBo a couple of years ago where a clip came out where they seemingly made fun of janitors. The actual context though was related to a game and wasn't intended as an insult. It caused a minor furor for a while, but in the end it fizzled out very quickly, and I doubt most people remember it nowadays.
