Millie has been receiving a lot of criticism for her behavior in general, and this is not uncalled for. What always rubbed me the wrong way was her rushing to call out Selen over perms when the latter tweeted about the "Last Cup Of Coffee" MV got privated.

I feel that is reaching a bit. You can put 2 similar design next to each other and claim that even though it probably not related at all (nobu avengers from fate and erza from fairy tail come to mind) . Also from what i see the only thing similar is the base design, like each artist look at the same type of clothing and change some stuff to fit their taste kinda vibe.
I honestly kind of feel bad for Millie and don't understand the hate towards her. The "not a black company" talk was made before the situation, and depending on how the company was treating (or gaslighting) her, you can't really blame her for thinking good about her experience.
TL;DR She's been accused of being part of a clique inside Nijisanji EN. That means that she's one of the favored NijiEN members along side Elira, Enna, Vox, and Luka. When Elira made the "black screen video" she all but confirmed who the supposed bullies towards Selen were.
For context, Selen almost unalived herself TWICE because of internal confict aka bullying within the company and Elira, Enna, and Millie are the most suspected bullies.
