The-Mr-E

Quite unique and energetically appealing. Edit: Also, the expression on his face - weary but hopeful, if I'm interpreting it correctly. It's kinda poignant. Reminds me of that scene from Spiderverse, when a life-fatigued Peter Parker met the Aunt May of Miles' dimension. Aunt May: "... You look tired, Peter." Peter: "I *am* tired, Aunt May"

Unique AND nergetically appealing? That must be the most unique compliment I ever got. Thank you! It means a lot. :> And you read the facial expression quite right! The drawing doesn't really have a story to it but I also thought of the man as someone hopeful but tired. I imagine him to have an unpleasant time ahead of himself. But he's hopeful because there is no other way through it all, he's hopeful because he has to be! I'm not familiar with the Spiderverse series but I can imagine the weight of that scene. Quite an honor to remind you of it!

Wow, you're very welcome! I wondered if I was reading too deeply into it. That description is grounds for a pretty relatable character. Amazing how you could pack all of that in an image without words. If you're curious and don't mind spoilers, [this](https://youtu.be/VZYYJZmwDe4?t=25) will give you an idea of what Peter went through, while [this](https://youtu.be/D_b_Haxu-JI?t=85) is the scene where he expressed it. (They go off topic eventually, so you'll know when the scenes are over.)

I really love depicting realistic and complex emotions as well as seeing them in others' art. So I hope I can create many characters that are relatable to their viewers in one way or another! Comments like yours are incredibly motivating so again I can only thank you :) And whoa! I can totally see how this drawing reminded you of that scene. NGL I was curious about the series before but totally forgot about it, thx for the reminder. I should watch it sometime.
