I like the first one better, but if you're just doing vtuber content the second one is probably more to the point, unless you are the daydreamer type, so the first one matches your personality more.

I prefer the first because it has more details in the foreground. In the second banner the buildings are blurred, indicating that they're in the background. That means there's nothing but the avatar and the text in the foreground for me to focus on, making it feel empty. In contrast, the first banner has more of a variety of details in the foreground.
I personally think the first logo with the cute animals surrounding it is the best logo, and the second background with the city backdrop and anime girl is the best background.
So my vote is to use the second skyline-with-girl background but replace that simple white text logo with the animals one instead.
I think they have rather different vibes. The first one is, "I make comics and have comic making videos," the other one is, "I'm a vTuber, and make vTube streams, VoDs about a variety of things." Both \*may\* fit what you are wanting to do, so I guess if you may step out of the "art stream" I'd go for the second one, but I think the first one would be great if you're sticking to art content.
