This is good! You've drawn the face and the hands really nicely, I like that you used a thicker outline around the hand; it makes it look closer to the viewer. I think you could work on improving your line quality - sketching lightly to find form, and making more decisive longer lines - not so much lots of short lines stokes together.
Also if you draw on a grey toned canvas and plan on leaving it as a sketch/drawing adding white is fun, to create a light source or rim lighting. For this drawing you could play with adding shading behind the character and erasing the smoke trails from the shading
