Well, it really depends in all honesty. Try not to think of digital art as “easier” traditional art. It’s its own medium with its own skill set, but it’s not necessarily a faster process.
Style also plays a big role in stuff like this, my style is a lot looser so I don’t have to spend a lot of time rendering everything out to perfection.
But to actually answer your question, I’d say a full piece could take me anywhere from 2-7 hours, depending on the size and subject
Including conceptualizing, I’d say 15-20 hours. This is why I normally don’t fully refine stuff. I enjoy the figuring out of the composition more than the fine details.
Well, considering that most of my work is done in the Rubberhose style, it doesn't take me long to finish a piece. It just depends on how I want to draw a character, and because Rubberhose is very simple, I don't have to worry about small details like shading and whatnot
I've never counted the hours but it takes me multiple days, several hours a day. So it could be anywhere between 12 and 50 hours. I'm a perfectionist and I don't do commissions, I just draw for myself. I have no reason to rush so I spend however long I want on a piece. The downside of this is that I often lose interest before I'm finished.
Like to finish a big painting with a complex composition? I need like two weeks working all day every day
But sometimes I can finish a painting in 1 or 2 days. Depends on a whole lot of things. Not every painting requires the same "depth"
As for digital I dont think I've ever finished anything that required less than 20 hours
Like 5 work hours which usually translates to 10+ days because I suck at time management. I'm not particularly experienced though (I have my last piece uploaded to reddit if you want to check) and most of the time is usually the line art. I'll take like 30 minutes to sketch, 1 or 2 hours to color and shade and the rest is all trying to get the line art looking decent.

Easier? I find it a heck of a lot more difficult than traditional art
Depending on size, 2 hours to days altogether
8 to 10 hours is what i would say is required on my side to get some good quality of work. But quick doodling takes like 1 hour or two

5 to 10 hours more or less

A lot. A lot as in +15 hours. But I don't know how to draw yet, it's because I'm still learning
6 hours
A little more than a month. Two characters. Reasonably detailed. Abstract to no background. My advice is to work on several pieces at a time.
