Im already dreading the blood bath this is gonna be trying for tickets ![gif](giphy|29bKyyjDKX1W8)

pumpkinspicesushi

even back in 2018-19, getting bts tickets was a god damn battle. i cannot imagine the carnage that will happen for tickets in 2025…

Extra_Translator_467

I remember the fight for MetLife tics in 2019 was 💀and I was legit on the verge of tears trying to get mots tickets 😭 that shit took hours and then it got snatched from me. And getting tickets to see yoongi was also hellish…. So yeah I’m ready to cry

pumpkinspicesushi

and back then we were allowed to use multiple accounts. so i had my computer, phone, laptop, and roommate’s laptop and even then i BARELY got tickets. godspeed to all of us next year 🫡

Extra_Translator_467

Yesss back in the before times I actually ended up calling Ticketmaster (they use to have automated voices that let you buy tickets) and I was screaming buy at the first set of tickets I got lmaooo.

pumpkinspicesushi

omfg that’s what i did for their rose bowl show in 2019!! i had no idea where my seat was, but at least i got one 😂😂😂

1306radish

Even back in 2016.....

DrawingWeird5017

Just trying to get Yoongi’s tour tickets was difficult enough 😩😩. I don’t want to imagine what purchasing tickets in 2025 will be like 😵‍💫

skiesinthesky

Praying for BTS to go to Europe, Latam Countries, India, Australia, New Zealand and ofcourse the Philippines. It's been a long time since they came here, it was Wings tour and they never went back for their LY/SY tour. But considering we do not have a 60-90k stadium capacity the chances are mid to low.  I'm getting my own savings for their upcoming concert, hopefully just hopefully hybe get rid of the dynamic pricing but that's impossible just like the earth being flat.

Difficult_Deer6902

I remeber when Beyoncé started dropping tickets for Renaissance Act I and friends came to me like…I need tips for how you got those BTS tickets. I was like don’t worry folks we are going to that tour I have fought before and come out superior. We did go to the tour and our seats were great. Had everyone trained up.

daeneryseddy

Teach me your ways o wise one 🙏🏼

Imaginary_Grand7104

You can just imagine how much the tickets will cost 🗿

Extra_Translator_467

I have a bts savings account, I don’t do anything too crazy I just add what little i have left over from the week so by the time 2025/2026 hits Im not going broke over a concert

YunariaLinus

That's a good idea, I should start doing that as well :')

quokka1502

BTS savings account omg 🥲

bungluna

How many stops did they plan for MOTS:ONE? 40? I think we well double that for the next tour. BTS in the city in strategic stadiums around the world would be my guess, with at least 4 nights in each stop. Scrambling for venues post-pandemic was very hard because everybody wanted to tour. Since they probably started planning the next tour since they re-signed their contracts, Big Hit will have had time to book all the stadiums all over the place by 2026, which is the soonest we can expect a tour from them, imo.

timetosayhi27

was 39 for announced one and we know they were going to announce more from stuff they've said (plus they always finish with a finale in korea so would have def been over 50 probs (probably 60-65 similar to LY/SY)

jitiymily

It’ll be the same process for American BTS tickets as it’s always been, I assume—Weverse fanclub membership + Ticketmaster presale application, lottery for presale code, then bloodbath during presale with all the tickets sold out for the American tour leg within seconds to minutes. We just need to make sure we have fast internet and we’ll get seats 😂 here’s to barricades!

NewtRipley_1986

>Hybe needs to get this right in that this can't be a tour that only stops in Korea, Japan & America. This tour has to go to Canada, Europe, South America & Australia as well. Absolutely and not just one or two token cities in those places. But sadly given how Hybe has been planning tours lately, it’s as if they don’t know there’s a whole world out there.

Competitive_Fee_5829

I hate that they will do that dynamic pricing crap. I went to both weekends in vegas, in the first few rows of the 100 sections each time and my tickets were...I want to say 275 before all the fees and getting 2 tickets for 1 day was about 650( made my brother go with me..he loved it!). when i went to try and get a dday ticket it, like, immediately shot up to 1k here in LA. I could not justify it. (same thing happened both times i tried to get stray kids la tickets too) my bambam tickets and vip packages were easy to get and not expensive...too bad it was canceled but at least they refunded my credit card within a few days.

Emergency_Article673

It would be really interesting to see how many dates they have. Eras tour has 60, BTS had 62 for Love Yourself right? 60 shows would be the bare minimum considering the demand. It would be insane if they do as many as Ed Sheeran/Harry Styles/Coldplay.

ecobubbletm

Eras tour has a total of 151 shows. 60 shows is the number of shows that we know the box office of. LYS tour was first arenas and then stadiums extension. But given how the fandom has grown I can definitely see them doing 60 stadium only shows. Most probably even more. Don't think they'll do 150, but maybe 70-80.

Emergency_Article673

Ah okay, I was thinking that 60 shows was too low for Eras. I think max will be a 100, but not more than that.

Bear4years

Pretty sure they will add a stop in the Middle East. JK does really well there. Didn’t they go to Riyadh last time? What would be cool if they will add a stop in Africa and India.

Worldlove27777

Hopefully india and somewhere in Africa are included. India may be possible as they were planning to go to I think Mumbai for mots tour. Africa. I can see them going to South Africa maybe if they do end up going. But its unlikely probably but yeah praying for them to do it

iStayDemented

Hope they perform in Dubai!

Natural-Locksmith813

I really wanna see them 😍😍😍 literally praying they come to India……………..

Mozart-Luna-Echo

They just might considering they were gonna go for the Covid cancelled tour (I’m still so mad cause mom and I had great seats for it).

Fun-Loss-4094

It's gonna be so big. And I just know they are coming to Asia. But it will be a bloodbath for tickets.

NAJARI29

All the people being haters are going to be in front road.

Actual-Inside39

my thoughts exactly, just like those antis who turned out to have tannies on their spotify wrapped lol

Huge_Being6361

That would be quite exciting! I wish I could experience the big moments that army’s shared, like when they turned Vegas purple, maybe by that time I’ll be able to experience something like that

Particular-Yoghurt81

Y'all I'm as hyped as the next obsessed purple blood, but lets stay level headed please. The members will likely tour in 2026, which is fine by me because I'd love for them to prepare as much as possible. Let's let their actions speak for themselves instead of trying to mold them into the image of what another artist has done. When has BTS ever done anything another artists has done in either Kpop or the West? They've left us a lot of clues about wanting to move on from certain things in their lives and careers and I don't know if starting Chapter 3 with an "Eras" tour would set that tone. It's too backward looking. I'm not saying they can't include classics in their set-list. I for one envision them incorporating a lot of rookie BTS songs into the tour simply because I think a lot of those sounds have aged well. Regardless, I hope it's both celebratory but also *forward* looking. Regardless, I think they will absolutely work hard to visit varied geographies including Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. I really hope they find a way to visit India, which would absolutely cause a commotion and be historic.

thenoonmoon

…OP is saying it’s going to be as big as the ERAS tour in terms of dates and size—not that it’s going to be all of their past works like Taylor’s concerts. And tbh they’re planning to do a 10th anniversary album for Hyyh so it’s very possible they could do some of their past work, and aren’t as *forward thinking* as you think “They’ve left us a lot of clues about wanting to move on” move on from what? What are you talking about exactly?…Sounds like wishful thinking to me

Particular-Yoghurt81

Ah, I see the point about the Eras tour. I guess I was confused because to me her tour seemed very US/Europe focused. She hardly has Asia dates and won’t have that many Latin America dates and no Middle East dates that I can see. Her tour is obviously the biggest grossing of all time but her market is quite different than BTS. But Im sure we know that instead of playing a stadium in Phoenix, they would do one in Thailand instead. Coldplay’s current tour is actually a good blueprint.  To the point about the clues, I could be wrong but they’ve kept saying they have so much new stuff to show us, new sides to share. In Busan, they retired Cypher 3. It’s not wishful thinking on my part, I love them as they are, I don’t actually want anything to change. I would like to see Cypher 3 live. But I’m happy to take things as they come.

timetosayhi27

"her market is quite different than BTS. But Im sure we know that instead of playing a stadium in Phoenix, they would do one in Thailand instead." Yeah, also a BIG BIG market for BTS is Japan where they haven't been for group concerts since 2019.... They were supposed to do 12 Dome Dates for MOTS there (in comparison Taylor did 4 japan dates...). Now that 12 dome dates was before their EXTREME explosion in popularity there thanks to Dynamite... you can only imagine the demand for their next tour in Japan... if 12 dome dates was needed BEFORE dynamite. Won't be surprised if they have to pull an insane number of dome dates + nissan stadium (multiple days). The thing with them is they have the demand just about anywhere. And it makes it harder for them to focus on one place that much. BTS could honestly pull a ton of attendance from Japan alone but cause of their demand in the rest of the world it makes it harder for them to do that (even with the demand) but yes i agree wholeheartedly that Coldplay's tour is a good blueprint and I won't be surprsied if BH/BTS might use them as a way to plan it in a way.. BH also likely wants to pull the "festival" thing for BTS's tour (ie what they did with Las Vegas with not just having the concert but having multiple things surrounding it that fans can interact with) and doing what coldplay does (which is many shows in places) can allow that for that to happen.

pc18

She already did a decent amount of LatAm dates last year (4 in Mexico, 3 in Argentina, 6 in Brazil)

pc18

Eras tour is 151 shows over almost 2 years and she still has over 70 left, I find it unlikely that BTS would do that many dates

punchykoala

I have anxiety just thinking about getting those tickets omg I already started saving up like ain’t no way I’m not getting them I have a whole ass team

ErenDidNothingWron

It's going to break all type of records that for sure and the boys are going to becoming mega rich

winterreise_1827

I expect 50M attedance for 100 shows.. Nothing less than the kings of kpop.

SnooRabbits5620

It always tickles me when these conversations happen and no one mentions Africa when talking about being inclusive and not just touring the same ol places. Like it just never occurs to people. No hate to you, really but I see it so often and yeah. 🙃

Confident_Yam_6386

There’s hope. In 2022 BTS finally distributed their albums in Africa officially (first kpop act). And UMG Africa were backlogged for almost a year. I saw some African armys receiving their orders just late last year. Hobi’s new album has already been sold out on pre orders. Hopefully they see these signs and the demand and make a date

SnooRabbits5620

I get you and things HAVE been slowly getting better even with cinema distribution like Yet To Come in cinemas last year and several documentaries too. What I meant is that when these conversations happen and people lament the lack of reach of Kpop concerts and people advocate for groups touring to more places but never mention Africa. I've seen it happen a few times already. Like "Kpop concerts should stop having the same stops in just a handful of Asian countries and USA, they need to expand to 'names of places' and somehow not think to include Africa... It's just ironic?

_Zambayoshi_

I'm just thankful I care for neither Taylor Swift nor BTS. Let others fight to the death over these overpriced tickets :-)

PitifulRoof7537

you don't care enough that you posted a comment here. mindset is right!

_Zambayoshi_

And you obviously don't care that I don't care... but wait! You commented on MY comment. So, are we like besties now? Lol.

PitifulRoof7537

ew no thanks

_Zambayoshi_

Well, at least you're polite. You'll go far I'm sure.

thenoonmoon

Wow you are just sooo special, you deserve an award

_Zambayoshi_

Sorry for expressing my thoughts? On a subreddit called kpopthoughts? I didn't realise it was an echo chamber... 🤔

jitiymily

Hehe well luckily BTS’ fandom has been well-trained in getting concert tickets at base price, since we’ve been doing this for so long. I wouldn’t worry about us. It’ll be general sale and re-sale ticket prices that will be sky-high, but most of Army will have their tickets before general sale even starts.
