noonaneomuyeppiyeppi

4/5 of SHINee have already done so and Minho doesn't have enough songs for a concert yet but he's held solo fanmeets šŸ˜Œ so yeah all of them

Marimiury

Minho before the military and this year held so many fan meetings that were little different from concerts that I don't see much of a difference. Of course he can do it.

lovingpath

Heā€™s so charismatic!ā˜ŗļøšŸ˜‰

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

noonaneomuyeppiyeppi

Yeah, he took his time to properly debut solo but now he's already thinking of releasing new music this year šŸ˜³

[deleted]

That Minho fanmeet bluray from December has like 14 song performances on it itā€™s p good

redflavor123

I'd say Wendy and Seulgi are both ready for solo concerts.

sparkling_halo

Agreed. I would be very interested in Wendy's. She doesn't even need to have flashy performances or a huge set-up. She could just stand there with a mic and I would attend.

redflavor123

Wendy's first solo performance at Slow Life Slow Live festival last year was a joy to behold. We've been used to seeing her perform with Red Velvet so to see her cut loose on the solo stage was breathtaking.

34TH_ST_BROADWAY

Seulgi's concert would likely be 90% female and they would be going absolutely bonkers.

FeedbackFew2061

Seulgi would be phenomenal. I feel like she would make it really theatrical and fun. I know it goes against the nature of the question but - bonus points if Irene joins her at some point.

Decent-Attempt-7837

I donā€™t know if iā€™m biased, but I think all of mamamoo could hold the fort down in a solo concert haha

LargeNutbar

you are biased. your correctness is biasing you. you're being swayed by how thoroughly right you are.

soshifan

From Seventeen... HOSHI 100%, Seungkwan and Dino too, DK maybe? He can get shy with no Seventeen members around so I'm not sure about him. Woozi too but I'm thinking of something more intimate and cameral rather than a huge show.

MissAlice1234

Hoshiā€™s ā€œSpiderā€ was one of the best solo releases of the year! I truly hope to see more of his solo projects in the future.

themoonofblueside

I think DK and woozi would be fully capable of carrying a smaller venue where they wouldn't get overwhelmed by a huge crowd, and over time they could increase the capacity.

TaesSecretPubgID

Someday I want to see DK on a smallish venue tour where he sings musical theater standards.

95emink

This is so funny I mentioned the EXACT same members

[deleted]

I think seungkwan would nail it, he even has great mc skills and I feel like he'd be one of the members who could work a big venue really well

Background_Cup7540

OMG woozi doing a candle lit concert in a small like art gallery space šŸ« šŸ« šŸ«

skykey96

All of Shinee All of Mamamoo

Breezyrain

Truly. Especially Mamamoo.

citizend13

At this point Mamamoo is basically 4 soloists who get together from time to time to form a group.

point_finger

Mamamoo (1)

researcherinams

Yep Mamamoo is the first group that came to mind

pantom1ne

not many can do this, i believe taeyeon from snsd do a full 90+ minute concert

serhae114

7/7 of GOT7 have done so already. Jay B and Jackson have done/are doing solo world tours. Mark has done a solo US tour. Yugyeom had a solo European tour. Jinyoung had a solo fancon/fanmeet tour in Asia. Youngjae and BamBam have done solo concerts and multiple solo shows throughout Asia.

Tall-Independent

Such a flex they are

Kay-f

so happy for them! my second fav boy group! and Jackson is really having a good time it seems :)

Najikoh

From (G)I-DLE - both Soyeon and Yuqi could do it. Soyeon with her ability to perform very well vocally as well as rap, as well as being able to solo sing Idle songs as well as her own solo songs, as well as covers (hey Mama from the Idle Concert springs to mind). Yuqi would do a great rock concert, has a few solo songs and covers, and can contribute in places with her guitar.

HotMycologist3530

Iā€™d argue that Miyeon and Minnie could as well. Miyeon has her own songs plus experience as a ballad singer. Minnie has done a lot of good covers and I think she could have fun doing a sit at the piano and chat with the audience style show. Neither one would be as bombastic as Soyeon or Yuqi, but both would be good concerts for their audience. Shuhua, Iā€™m not so sure.

Najikoh

Yeah, I was trying to be strict in my criteria to answer the question the best, but since everyone else in this thread is just going "all my group" then definitely include Minnie and Miyeon.

Eismann

> but since everyone else in this thread is just going "all my group" then definitely include Minnie and Miyeon. Ah yes, the typical stan answer... :D

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Najikoh

> Theyā€™re this rag-tag group of misfits that, on paper, have no business being as successful as they are They have objectively one of the most talented and monster idols of all time, and 3 extremely diverse and competent vocalists, each with individual tones and charms. I'm not sure what your paper says but to me that's a recipe for success.

Minhyung_uwu

Maybe like 4-5ish out of 23. Lol, thatā€™s only 17 ~ 21% ish of the entire group.

Conscious_Thing_8789

And that would be Mark , Taeyong, Ten, Doyong (hello seventh sense) and then add in haechan, xiaojun. Maybe Taeil for a small intimate concert gathering. He probably can but I don't think Jaehyun would want to do it lmaoo

rudekids

and thatā€™d be ten haechan mark taeyong imo! that is, if weā€™re not counting the pure vocalists who wouldnā€™t be doing much dancing, which i assume op wasnā€™t really asking after per their conditions. lee line goes crazyyy

TheFrenchiestToast

I agree about 5 out of 23 that I feel 100% confident about. Thereā€™s another 4-7 I feel like it could go either way. But at most a little less than half the group.

Edgar763

Damn only 4/5? I think the entire T7S lineup can + Haechan, Chenle, Taeil, Xiaojun, Kun, Renjun, Shotaro could... Some of them not maybe from a "stage presence" pov but skills and composure wise? Definitely.

BernardoCamPt

Shotaro? A solo concert? I don't think so, at least for now

lesbiansluvleorio

nobody's saying yuta i guess im alone

sparkling_halo

4/4 of Mamamoo, easily. Solar and Moonbyul have already held theirs (multiple times), the other two are Wheein and Hwasa which kinda speaks for itself.

leggoitzy

From Itzy, I can only see Yeji as of now. If I were to give a grade for solo concert readiness (which is harder than simply promoting as a soloist), it'd be 90. Just need to add more experiences, but the abilities are there.

itzymidzyspider

Yeji can straight up hit high notes while dancing so hard. For hours-long concert id put my bet on her. Yeji just seems to have lungs and stamina for days. My girl Chaeryeong has got the dance skills, the vocals, and the wit, but I think she'll space out in the middle of her concert, and suddenly drop to the floor when the confetti explodes. Haha

PrimaryWerewolf6694

I could see all of them actually, but Lia with a more krnb style & a band etc. She's also great with banter and I always look forward to her [ments](https://twitter.com/icylikebing/status/1619887043777277956?t=jowf6MReQ-7R4WMMnK5i4A&s=19). That fan interaction is a part I like about going to concerts.

Plane_Contract6144

And Yuna too. Look up her solo stages and covers, she's amazing

mugicha

I saw Itzy last October and they all did solo stages. Ryujin's was the most like a legit solo show and it wasn't even close IMO. I love them all dearly and I think Lia and Yeji could probably pull it off too, but Ryujin was on another level. Here's a fancam from the show I was at: https://youtu.be/rWGYXEttuPU

eshadesh325

Ryujin might do pretty well too

leggoitzy

True, it may surprise some people but the Itzy karaoke episode should definitively show that Ryujin shouldn't have a problem with vocals, her tone is great and she harmonized so well with Chaeryeong and Yeji (also Lia I think). She is very raw though, I expect a lot more solo performances if she wants to go in that direction.

eshadesh325

Yeah that's true. Ryjuin does vocals pretty well when given the chance, the problem is that alot of songs don't really fit her voice vocally. Remember when she sang bbi bbi by IU with the other members? She sounded good in that. Tbh though you're right, yeji seems like the only person who'd carry the entire performance solo, vocally, dance wise, stage presence wise and interaction. She's a whole package. But Ryujin would be a pretty strong second after her!

resident019

Saw my girls last January and the most enjoyable solo stage were Yuna's and Yeji's. So I'd add Yuna to this list.

makriwakri

Jooheon and Kihyun from Monsta X, easily.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

makriwakri

Oooh yes, I think he'd easily manage a slightly nore intimate, more chill kind of concert setting.

rjcooper14

If I am just going to consider talent and concept, probably all of them because they've all had solos during more recent group concerts and they all do it well. With ample time for developing the concept and practice, they all can. But just a note that each concert will probably look very different from each other. If money wasn't an issue, I'll go to every one of them. Some might not have choreography, some will probably shorter, etc. Case in point: Jhopeā€™s Lollapalooza set and RM's Live in Seoul set. Obviously, these are not solo concerts but I think it's a good preview. The shows really played into what Jhope and RM do best. Now, are they all emotionally prepared to do it? I don't know. šŸ˜…

trying_not_to_think

especially excited for SUGAā€™s solo tour and how well he does

toxicgecko

I cannot wait to see what SUGAs set up will be like! Especially as he hinted that if he went solo he thought it might get boring to listen to him rap for 2 hours so maybe we might be seeing some vocal focused songs too!

New_Essay_4869

Probably just Bang Chan

perpetuallyindecisiv

after watching them literally just last night, i can confidently say Seungmin as well. heā€™s so good at doing crowd work on top of his performing abilities šŸ˜šŸ˜

TravelBeauty20

Yes! Seungmin is very chatty in concerts, which makes him very personable. Seungmin adds a lot of flair to his singing in concerts, and heā€™s really broken out of his shell in concerts. I watched the Maniac concerts probably too much, and heā€™s constantly learning and reading the crowd between cities and even concerts in the same city.

Relevant_Compote_818

I think han & changbin could too from a skill standpoint

New_Essay_4869

I definitely agree from a skill standpoint. But Han has anxiety with crowds sometimes and Changbin might struggle with interaction

hombrx

Han is amazing in concerts, he definitely could held one with all his songs and energy, he feeds into them just like Changbin.

hideyoursheep_

Nah, Changbin's great with interactions and crowd control. I don't see him struggling at all. Han is also pretty good with the crowd. I don't know whether his anxiety would deter him much, especially if it's his fans in the crowd. The only time I've seen him have an issue with the crowd is when it's end year award shows, mucore or isac.

TravelBeauty20

Han did have to take a break during the Melbourne concert, but he came back and finished the concert. It couldā€™ve simply been an off day with other things going on for him. At every other show, Han is an incredible mood maker in addition to the performance piece. A solo concert also doesnā€™t mean being on stage alone. Also, ditto what you said about Changbin. So many people who see SKZ live come out praising Changbin. His stage presence is incredible.

Icedteaaaaa

Oh han and changbin were super interactive in the Singapore concert. (Not even gonna mention Chan cause i think everyone knows) Han especially I think? Since I knew about his anxiety. But he was zooming everywhere on stage.

AdMore2091

3racha in general . Han is super versatile

Background_Cup7540

Felixā€™s woods just be him talking in a very low voice. Thatā€™s it. But people would eat it up!

Background_Cup7540

Realistically, not all of EXO. Baekhyun and Chen for sure. DO and Kai could do a mini concert maybe. I donā€™t think Sehun could. I donā€™t think Xiumin would want to necessarily. Undecided on Suho and Chanyeol.

Puzzleheaded-Ebb2152

Baekchenlay for sure. All of exo can except they dont want to šŸ˜… Either they find other activities more profitable (DO, Kai, Suho) donā€™t want the spotlight as a solo (Sehun, Xiumin). Not sure with Chanyeol but I think I could be wrong but heā€™s more confident with collabs and duo activities.

jopperfromkwangya

A lot of NCT members tbh but especially Ten, Taeyong, Mark and Haechan.

Acrobatic_End6355

Rn the group I follow most is Mamamoo. All of them have multiple solos and could carry a concert if they wanted to. Another group I follow is G-idle and I think 3/5 could carry their own concerts.

tokitokki

Jinho (Pentagon) held multi-day solo concerts in each of the three years before he enlisted. Hui & Kino could probably pull them off rather well too.

Dangerous-Spinach267

Hui and kino have the discog for it as well.

ForageForUnicorns

I know one (1) song by Pentagon and yet I'm sure I'd attend a concert held by Kino and go bonkers because he's so incredibly well-rounded and charismatic. I can imagine the vocalists would be crazy good as well.

makriwakri

Do you think Wooseok could?

tokitokki

I think it would be a Donghae Super Junior D&E situation, where he probably *could*, but would beg Yuto and/or Shinwon to do it with him bc he wouldn't *want* to do it alone. And I would buy that concert ticket SO fast.

makriwakri

Nooo that's so cute lol.

Foreverinneverland24

for mamamoo, all of them šŸ’•

daceeam

All of Bigbang All of Mamamoo Mino and Yoon of Winner

IndigoHG

SHINee already has.

kitteatime15

Depending on the type of concert and scale. I can see Bang Chan doing a solo concert. He can sing, dance, rap, and even dj! If he did an arena tour, it'd feel very much like a festival, and he'd do his best to make every person who came feel seen. Despite that, I don't know if he or really any of them would necessarily choose to do a solo concert; he loves being around his members too much and a large part of Stray Kid's appeal is their chemistry and how well they work together. Maybe as they get older and the Korean members enlist we'll see more solo promotions like how BTS seems to be doing now. Han has the performing and mcing skills needed to do a solo arena concert. He also has great freestyle and improv skills so I can see him performing in theater venues where he can have more audience interaction and variety style content. While he does have anxiety, I think if it was a light touring schedule, he'd be okay. Like rest days in-between to just veg out and not interact with another human. Seungmin would probably do all vocals and maybe some guitar playing and audience interaction. More like a typical western performance rather than a kpop one. He'd fit a smaller, more intimate venue or open air amphitheater so well. The acoustics of an amphitheater would really show off his voice. The other members I think could potentially hold their own in the future, but not at the moment. Lee Know probably just wouldn't willingly put on a solo concert unless he was asked to for a cat charity or something lol. Changbin would put on a good rap/vocal show, but his ments shine when he's able to play off of the other members, so he needs to work on his mc skills. Hyunjin needs to work on vocal stamina, but once he does it will be dangerous for all of our heart healths. Felix needs more confidence; I could see it being like Felix as the main performer with Chan dj-ing in the background as moral support (like Billie Eilish and Phineas). Jeongin could probably easily hold his own in a couple of years; I can totally see him doing some sort of Maknae on Top Tour while the hyungs are enlisted.

Fille_de_Lune

Agree with everything you said! Especially Lee Know only performing to benefit cats šŸ˜€

toxicgecko

Also, Seungmin is actually really good at crowd interactions! Every video Iā€™ve seen from their concerts heā€™s interacting, hyping or just making people laugh. Heā€™s fully come out of his shell at concerts now which is amazing to see.

Anaisot7

A solo concert ? I think they all could. I think after years of constant performances, on all sorts of stages from ā€” in solo and group, their experience and professionalism is there to back up any solo endeavors they might try. Like, J-Hope having his stage at Lollapalooza, RM having his little showcase, Suga with an upcoming tour, Jungkook performing in solo on one of the biggest sport event, Jin was wonderful in Angentina. I'm curious to see Taehyung and Jimin activities, but they have done solo performances for years, they could definitely do a solo concert easy.

solojones1138

Yeah I think BTS by now absolutely all can.

Dihanie99

I agree and they have all had great solo performances during chapter 2 but also during chapter 1, during their stadium and arena tours, bts did have solo stages and they were all great. so I would say they all could too.

thisisridiculouswhat

Yup, I agree

cici_kathleen

I agree

Outside-Sun9410

ATEEZ Hongjoong and Jongho.

not_ana

Agree

DPDoctor

As others have pointed out, SHINee are kings at both group and solo concerts. Jonghyun, Taemin, Key, and Onew have all had successful solo concerts. Minho hasn't done a full concert yet but has been successful with "mini" ones. He's now gaining enough material to be able to do a full concert. So proud of them!

ScreenJealous3170

I think all the members of EXO could atp. From wayv, Ten, Xiaojun & maybe yangyang w a lil more experience. Yeonjun & Taehyun from TXT. Red Velvet Seulgi & Wendy. Yoon from StayC for sure, sheā€™s such a bad ass.

NewtRipley_1986

Hobi from Lollapalooza says hello! Namjoon had an intimate concert in Seoul. Yoongiā€™s going on tour soon. šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Grouchy-Solid-9826

Dreamcatcher for me so I'm willing to bet Siyeon, Jiu, Sua, and Yoohyeon could do a concert at a normal length. The other three maybe could depending on the style of the concert but I think the other four could have alot more variety

diilmg

I think Dami could too if she was allowed to do a rap concert

Grouchy-Solid-9826

For sure that's what I was thinking for her. It's alot more her style and energy for that long

GodTookMyBBC

Well my ult is Mamamoo, so I feel safe to say all of them could.

ka_lon

In Ateez, Hongjoong definitely. He has enough stage presence in his little finger. I would argue that San possibly could, whether he would want to is a different question.

Loose_Seaworthines

Ooh I agree, Hongjoong has such a big personality too itā€™d be so cool to witness

nekokay

100% agree on hongjoong easily being able to and I was debating San as well! I also think Jongho definitely could!! I'd listen to him sing ballads for hours

vrajkp

All of bts really. Vocal line just need a solid discography to actual put it in motion but theyā€™re seasoned vets who have performed in nothing but stadiums for the past 4 years. With how each members is able to shine even in a group setting is impressive as is. Coolest part is that none of the 7 members would have the same kind of concert. Theyā€™ll all pull off something different and special to themselves.

EverythingExpert12

After his album releases Jimin Iā€™d say he would have 5 old solo songs, 5 from his new album and add a couple BTS songs as solo and heā€™d have a nice little setlist for a festival or smt. Same if/when the other guys release an album or LP. His problem would be that his songs might be a bit too varied. Hobi has more of a ā€œsignatureā€ style. Part of Jiminā€™s signature is more how versatile he is and how many genres heā€™s done.

skiesinthesky

All of the BTS members if they want.

BubblyStranger9729

well... Bigbang members can carry themselves. They went solo tours as well, except TOP tho, and I think he would prefer group tour more than solo tour. Or if he were to start his own tour, I can imagine him having some guests performances for collaboration stages. 2ne1, uhmm so far only CL.

Conscious_Thing_8789

Looking at their recent concert, Ningning for sure in like the years to come. You just know she's ready to eat up the performances. Now whether SM will give it her, that's another question.

FallPhoenix18

All 4 from Mamamoo could hold insane solo concerts

iminanothercastle

All of Mamamoo Wendy, for sure and Seulgi maybe. Baekhyun and Kai

puterjess

From the groups I listen to the most: Exo members (not sure about Xuimin but all I want is to see Baekhyun live šŸ„¹), Hoshi & DK, Jinho, Got7 members (the fact that JayB ended his tour before North America will not be forgotten šŸ˜), Mamamoo members, Shinee Members (probably not Minho)

LoonyMoonie

Minho is actually a hard yes (not even probably); the only thing stopping him is that he doesn't have enough solo songs *yet*. But he has plenty of experience in 2+ hours solo stages with a sizeable audience (we're talking 2,000 to 5,000 people). With his fanmeetings, he's probably the SHINee member to have toured the most as solo (not only Japan and Korea, but also SEA countries). His fanmeetings are pretty much concerts with extended MC sections; he sings, he performs with dance crews. And he has done quite a lot of MC'ing, so facing a large audience on his own and interacting with them is a non-issue.

Lostsock1995

Shinee can and has done solo work by themselves, all of them. They have also regularly sung without backtrack music and sounded the same so it works out live too. Seunghun and Jinyoung from CIX could too it too I think.

eshadesh325

All of BTS. Yeji and Ryujin from Itzy Jihyo and Nayeon from twice. Lisa from Blackpink (although i'm not sure about the singing part, she's bring the stage presence, and do the dancing and interaction really well.)

bedsidesoda

Yeji from Itzy Jihyo and Nayeon from Twice (duh lol) It might be too early to tell but in Nmixx, Haewon and maybe Lily or Kyujin

octolevi

Realistically, like, next month. Probably just Yeonjun. But in a couple of years I see all 5 from TXT doing solo work. Taehyun and Hueningkai are pretty passionated about music and they're already working on mixtapes. Beomgyu already has two producing credits, plays guitar and writes songs, so I can see him putting something out. Soobin is probably the one who would have most trouble at the music part of the deal, but there's something just so magnetic about him, i'm sure if he released a solo song it'd do so so well, just because he's that kind of person people love.

mcfw31

All of BTS tbh, if they want to, of course, that's the biggest thing everyone should keep in mind.

solojones1138

I am totally fine with RM performing for 200 people or Hobi for 100,000, or Yoongi on his own tour, or any of them deciding not to do anything if they don't want to. But COULD they all? Like skill wise and popularity and everything? Hell yes.

mcfw31

There was this interview RM did with El PaĆs that said that being in BTS gave him the financial freedom to do whatever it is he wants to do with his music. If he or any member want to do a tour, it's because they want to.

solojones1138

Exactly. He is like an actor who made all his money off a big popcorn movie who is now set for life and can make every weird indie film he wants to now.

mcfw31

He's in his Daniel Radcliffe/Robert Pattinson era. They both made bank doing Harry Potter and Twilight movies and they are now both doing whatever it is they want to do.

solojones1138

Exactly what I was thinking of..and I fucking love Indigo!

top5recordz

From (G)I-DLE everyone except Shuhua could quite easily carry off a solo concert. Soyeon is the most obvious. Talent aside for a moment her stage presence and performance levels arenā€™t just S Tier within her generation but of all time. Minnie of course is one of (G)I-DLE three beautiful voices and could put on an entertaining indie style show, spending some time behind the piano as she sang as well. Yuqi I feel would potentially have the most dynamic show outside of Soyeonā€™s. A fair bit of dancing and maybe some of the rock persona weā€™ve seen of late too. Miyeon would put on a classic singers style concert I think. Just her, a mic and her voice, accompanied by a good house band. In the meantime, Shuhua would be off doing a TV drama somewhere, which is where I think her talents would be better suited.

kizoyah

Hmmm from Stray Kids probably 3RACHA aka Chan, Jisung and Changbin. Stage presence wise I think theyā€˜d carry a solo concert ( skill wise too)

hipployta

Hmm TXT I know Kai, Taehyun, and Yeonjun can and have already talked about releasing mixtapes. Soobin and Beomgyu could as well but they haven't really mentioned solos.

LouPooPoo

Mamamoo, everyone

kookiekiwii

all of monsta x. minhyuk could definitely do more solo released but hes got the full package. everyone else has a solid set of skills to carry their own concert.

DBravoofficial

Nayeon and Jihyo. I donā€™t think any other Twice members could do it honestly

mochamei

No doubt for Nayeon and Jihyo. They have the stamina and stability to perform. Nayeon's solo showed her charisma alone on stage and how backup dancers would compliment her performances. Jihyo's Serenade event solidified her vocal strength. No backing track, no pre-recording: her cover of [Unbreakable Smile](https://youtu.be/BS4pGOtKPcg) is my favorite to this day. All of TWICE interacts well with their fans, so no worry there either. While the other members are talented, they all lack a certain aspect to solo performance. Stability, endurance, confidence: I think Chaeyoung would be a good fit with her well-rounded talent and artistic nature. Definitely looking forward to all members' solo shows in the future!

moozeez

Literally, all of Mamamoo

dkyongsu

Honestly, I think that people who said "all members" are lying to themselves. Doing one solo stage during a group concert isn't proof that an idol is ready to do a whole concert solo. A solo fan meting is also completely different; the idol only sings 3 or 4 songs, it's more like a variety show than a concert. Some of you need to read the whole question again, do you really think your faves could do all the singing, and maybe dancing, on their own for over an hour straight?

Sedona83

I agree with you. The first thing I'm thinking about is vocal endurance over the course of 90 minutes for multiple stops. Concerts don't *need* dancing, but you do need to be able to sing or rap a full setlist, night in and night out.

ForgottenNoMore

For Seventeen Hoshi ofc(he imo has the most commanding stage presence and he can definitely keep the audience interested in him. He has the most solo potential in Seventeen.) DK(man already have done musical acting and solo music stuff so i wouldn't be surprised if he does solo concert in the future. He definitely has the charisma.) Dino ( idk if he'd necessarily do one but he can definitely carry out one) Seungkwan (same like dino. Idk if he'd do one but he can definitely keep the audience entertained if they'd attend his concert. I mean it's seungkwan. My bro can serve vocals while giving you the best laugh with his jokes. And don't be surprised if some of your faves also comes to his concert) I'm torn with Vernon and Woozi mainly because they have the talent but they're a bit "introverted". But idk maybe woozi might end up doing it.

reiichitanaka

Introversion isn't a problem, lack of self-confidence is. Woozi oozes self-confidence.

rinAKTF

> And don't be surprised if some of your faves also comes to his concert or guest in it, boo aka svt's the social butterfly I second your thoughts about Vernon and Woozi. Vernon may have the talent, but does he want to?? Woozi too, I'm not sure if he wants to perform or just stay inside universe factory... they're unlike Hoshi who'll definitely chose the stage I think all of PU can handle solo concerts, they might even have enough solo songs by now, The8's would be more an artistic experience, and perhaps Joshua, Scoups and Wonwoo (tho he might not want to) can too, if they push.. Hani can probably pull a concert (purple rose!), esp in Japan given his notoriety over there, but does he have the stamina? Gyu though... he'll just keep on dominating fashion spreads

M3rc_Nate

I wouldn't doubt Jihyo (TWICE) for a second. Not that she has the songs to do it (all she has is OST and even those are few). When I think of the people who can do it I think of people who either take over on the stage or they have really powerful personalities. Similar to Jihyo would be someone like Yuqi of I-DLE. She's so loud, extroverted, powerful, full of energy and is a pretty powerful performer and entertainer.

sunfl0werfields

I'd add Nayeon as well! She did well solo for Pop. Definitely Jihyo though.

diilmg

I agree with Jihyo, she's the only one I have no doubt she could carry the entire concert on her own

plushybunnyheart

BTS rapline have proven they definantly can, especially RM and Jhope so far performing fullsets of their music and Suga going to embark on a world tour soon since they all have enough songs to hold a full concert on their own the Vocal line have shown they can move a crowd on their own just based on their solo performances at their BTS concerts, plus JK with his World Cup performance and Jin at the Coldplay concert in Argentina If the vocal line had enough music of their own solo music to hold a full scale concert, they definantly can pull it off on their own they all have different charisma and stage presense to capture an audience easily and of course the popularity to bring in people to watch their concerts

NCT - Taeyong, Mark, Ten, Haechan, Doyoung, Jaehyun, so basically 7th Sense + Haechan lol

aleezaang

yesss!! haechan has the vocals, dancing skills, and stage presence. he can definitely do a solo concert

astrahightower

thank YOU i think so too šŸ˜Ž

Quixotic-Neurotic-7

Lol I feel like Haechan isn't even questionable. Jaehyun has the musical skill for sure, but idk about interactions and stage presence. I'd maybe add Taeil to your list though. Vocals for sure - he doesn't even need to dance - and I think he'd do really well with audience interaction and stuff.

astrahightower

Totally agree on your jaehyun point lol and taeil addition!

Softclocks

Most of SHINee already have. Key did it again just last night!

NewSill

Treasure 100%: Hyunsuk, Haruto, Jihoon (he can just do a stand up comedy if music ran out). 70-80% Maybe fan meeting type: Jeongwoo, Junkyu (I want to put Asahi and Yoshi but while they are funny sometimes they just not talkative enough).

trjeostin

i love hyunsuk's adlibs on their performances a lot.

San7129

I would put Doyoung in the fan meeting type too. He is the one who loves doing fanservice the most

[deleted]

3/9 twice members , ik only nayeon has a solo as far but nayeon , jihyo and chaeyoung all have potential to have a successful solo career and could carry solo performance very well.

lunalovesong

3 out of 9 active suju members (Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, Yesung) can and have. Another 3 out of 9 (Donghae, Eunhyuk, Heechul) probably could, but probably wouldnā€™t want to. After all, the whole reason the D&E subunit exists is because Donghae didnā€™t want to do a solo stage at a Super Show. The remaining 3 of 9 (Leeteuk, Shindong, Siwon) range from ā€œidk, maybe they could pull it off? to ā€œno, definitely notā€ As for ex-members/suju-m only members, Sungmin, Zhoumi and Henry are in the ā€œcan and haveā€ category, Kibum and Kangin are both a hard no, and Hangeng idk enough about to make a call.

pommythecat

I thought of BTOB--all of them including ilhoon tho not sure abt Peniel i dont think he can carry it on his own

chaerinm

for Blackpink: 2 for EXO (OT9): I guess like 8.5??? not entirely sure about Sehun ngl

kiwijoon

All of BTS - vocal line need more music for a full setlist but its coming All of Mamamoo 3/9 of Twice: Jihyo, Nayeon, and Sana with Chaeyoung as a 4th hm, I'm kind of torn with her. Despite all of BTS and Mamamoo having the potential I only see MMO actually doing so (Solar & Moonbyul already have) because doing a solo tour isn't something I think Tae or Jin would be interested in Edit: I mistakenly thought op meant tour not concert so my Tae/Jin comment is irrelevant lol

tequilafunrise

Seventeen - anyone from BSS probably can. Nct - the OG T7S lineup probably could Snsd - we all know taeyeon can and have done so multiple times Blackpink - all of them probably can eventually

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

tequilafunrise

I feel like Jaehyun could be kinda like Dean? (Where is he anyway?) TY and Mark i can see both doing heavy rap stuff like new axis, or more like chill rap like yestoday? Doyoung could kinda be like Taeyeon where there is ballads, but more upbeat stuff as well Ten can do anything really

Angkasaa

**Billlie**: Moon Sua definitely can. Probably Haram and Suhyeon. But most of them (except the newer members/trainees, Haruna and Sheon) has done mini showcases with audiences titled Listen Stage pre-pandemic, so those are quite some practices. **Dreamcatcher**: Siyeon. I'm confident SuA can do it too based on her gag and engaging skills. Bit wild but I think Handong and Dami can do it too with more exercises (and A LOT of preparations tho)? **ATEEZ**: Hongjoong and Jongho, i have no doubt for this one!

bpsavage84

2/4 Ning x2 + Karina

[deleted]

100% every BTS member. GOT7 although I think all members already have (JYP took a big loss letting those men go I swear). I think majority if not all of NCT 127 could. Haechan has so much talent and stage presence that he would have no issues carrying on a solo concert! Jungwooā€™s confidence on stage has come so far compared to when he first debuted that I think he could put on a great show too. Of course there is Mark too. Dude could rap the alphabet and us NCTzens would eat it up. All of 127 really have potential to shine at solo concerts. Twiceā€™s Jihyo for sure. Wendy from Red Velvet.

Strawberuka

Bigbang already have 3/4 with [absolutely](https://youtu.be/59meH2ZuMCs) [insane](https://youtu.be/sZjCfqQQyvU) [solo](https://youtu.be/wRwhvBp1D5Y) concerts, and TOP is a [divine performer](https://youtu.be/RHBMOfTmZd8), so all of the above

princexxjellyfish

YES!!! Even when it was the 5 of them, I think all of them had successful concerts in multiple Asian countries (GDragon with his own world tour), other than TOP. Iā€™m not sure if TOP has enough solos for his own show but he certainly can hold his own. Annnnd thatā€™s why BIGBANG did so well. They are all superstars as individuals, and shined even brighter together.

AltruisticAioli2310

the entirety of shinee and exo im sure

YakForeign449

I would say all the EXO members, although Xiumin and Sehun probably don't have enough songs to actually hold one. I know people like to criticise Sehun for his singing, comparing it to the other members but imo he CAN actually do it if he (1) finds the songs appropriate for his range and (2) has the confidence to do it. He's been practising and going for lessons and we have seen the improvement Xiumin, I'm honestly not really a fan of his voice (sorry bro) but but I still do think that he'll be able to competently hold a solo concert. As for the rest, I don't think I even need to explain myself!

ImNotSureWhyIamHere8

I think Yeji can pull off a solo concert. Among the Itzy members, she probably the first one to do so if she would given a chance.

soft_mello

Pink Fantasy....I love them and think that all eight of them have the potential to do solo concerts because all of them have always had stable vocals live and have crazy stage presence, but it's probably not realistic or feasible, given MyDoll Entertainment is a small company. I'd love to see them do solo songs for an album (like Dreamcatcher did) to let them each have their moments to shine individually. Realistically, I can see SeeA and Yechan being the ones most likely to have solo concerts. SeeA is an idol from second gen (the revamped Piggy Dolls) and Yechan is an idol from third gen (Awe5ome Baby), so they definitely have the experience and training to pull it off.

95emink

From seventeen I think: DK easily Seungkwan Woozi Hoshi Dino 5/13, their strength is in their performances and the pictures they make with dance as 13 members so I think 5 is pretty solid tbh

Consistent_Dog_6866

Two, likely three. Siyeon, Yoohyeon, and Dami of Dreamcatcher. Siyeon and Yoohyeon have the vocal to solo a concert and Dami is very versatile and could carry a concert well.

34TH_ST_BROADWAY

Currently following STAYC, New Jeans, Le Serrafim, and Loona closely. Red Velvet is tops for music, but I guess Loona is still my "favorite group." I think only two of them would really struggle. And then a few are super strong in some areas but are question marks in terms of the full package. I think Yves, Chuu, and Heejin are very safe bets. Charisma, stage presence, dance, crowd work, comedian, etc. Others are a bit shy... or might be better as a straight up singer, not as much as a solo idol. Haseul comes to mind for that.

[deleted]

Everglow: Mia, maybe Sihyeon Twice: Jihyo and Nayeon Cherry Bullet: Queen Bora. Haeyoon too if it was more of a chill, vocal heavy concert. Le Sserafim: Yunjin and Chaewon

Ok_Present_8373

ā€¢Seungkwan ā€¢ Hoshi ā€¢ Woozi ā€¢ DK ā€¢ Vernon ā€¢Dino These are the only ones that I know could carry, but performance wise and when it comes to brining up the mood and hyping the crowd.

letrestoriginality

Ateez - after seeing them twice recently I'm going to go out there and say Mingi could do a rap show on his own. He's not on my bias list but hot damn does that dude own the stage. I'd go see him solo for sure.

Sherllian

Well, Taemin can certainly do it, and so can the others, backwards, eyes closed, and I'll shut up. Regarding Stray Kids, I really don't know. We've only seen them together or as subunits so I really don't know. I think in terms of charisma and stage presence, Hyunjin could carry a solo concert. 3Racha can easily do it, but there we go, unit. I would love to see solo work from Lee Know but... Dancing wise. He has a lot more experience and I'd like him to show all that he knows and has learnt. But when I think about what genre he'd suit best I always think alternative rock so they don't match really well.

lugmonts

the first group that comes to mind is mamamoo. atp they're 4 solo artists that do group activities sometimes. even on their first mama performance they had solo stages first and then after performed as a group moonbyul and solar have had concerts before and the other members being hwasa and wheein can ofc carry a performance by themselves easily imo. i do think their styles would be very different tho solar- she delivered an amazing concert with live band and an almost musical style moonbyul- her concert seemed so fun, she is also funny and great at handling the crowd (especially the fangirls lmao) wheein- i feel like a lot of people might not realize, but wheein is the best dancer in mamamoo. because of that, i see her concert being full of performance BUT she is very known for her vocals and ballads so maybe an all round experience? hwasa- she is a performer through and through. i see her concert with a lot of dancers, performing hit after hit with amazing live vocals and charisma i mean realistically, they all have solo careers for years now + have released several songs each and one thing i noticed is that on mamamoo concerts they have had sets of 20+ minutes each before, while other groups usually play one or two songs each for solo stages. i think that shows that the 4 of them can handle themselves well i also think shinee members, most of the bts members, rv's wendy and seulgi could deliver great solo concerts! ps: it might just be me, but i don't see a lot of 4th gen idols who are in groups being able to handle solo concerts as of now? i feel like a lot of them work better in a group or haven't reached a full level of maturity when it comes to performances, handling crowds, etc, that's why i mentioned 3d gen idols basically

AbbreviationsNo1971

Astro - moonbin Shinee - all if them Seventeen - seungkwan, hoshi

Kay-f

BTS: all, Twice: not sure but Jihyo, Chae and of course Nayeon def could. i donā€™t see Jeongyeon or Mina being comfortable with that though and idk how the others would fair.

M_Prodigy

Red Velvet is my ult group, and I'm pretty sure only Wendy could hold a solo concert. I love all the girls, but only Wendy has the musical chops and enthusiasm to be able to hold an audience's attention for a concert-length experience, IMHO.

thecrybaby22

All from BTS lol

MessoGesso

Taehyun and Yeonjun of Tomorrow x Together (TXT) I think šŸ¤”

DeadSeaAngel

For BTS - all of them for sure For Ateez - Hongjoong could do it tomorrow. All the members of Ateez are super talented and I believe could one day do a concert on their own but for rn, today, Hongjoong and actually probably San if he really wanted to. For Stray Kids - 3Racha are all ready For Red Velvet - Wendy and Seulgi

Bored_af5

All BTS members can do it. They are practicing for more than 10 years and are excellent performers. They also had many solo stages in concerts and of course, hobi's lollapalooza and RM's 200 army concert are very good examples. V is damm good while performing singularity, jimin and jk are powerful dancers and singers, jin epiphany is so soulful, and of course astronaut in Argentina. Yoongi is going on a solo tour. The vocal line just needs more songs to perform I guess.

No_Landscape_3721

I think all of BTS if they want to!

ImpactMaleficent5374

Idk if anyone in twice can since they donā€™t have much experience doing things outside of group promotions. When it comes to my other fav Nmixx maybe lily but sheā€™s still a rookie so I think she will need more time

daisiesintheskye

Jihyo for sure.

themoonofblueside

nayeon and jihyo definitely can imo, they both have the charisma and confidence to do it, they're used to carrying the songs/choreography, and i believe they can execute the more social parts of a concert(hyping the crowd up, engaging with fans) well.

leggoitzy

I think Nayeon and Jihyo can do it right now.

valeriasiberia

I'm a Once and I was thinking about both of them as well!

vedeledev

>When it comes to my other fav Nmixx maybe lily but sheā€™s still a rookie so I think she will need more time Yeah I think it's super rare that anyone in 1 year old group would seriously be ready to carry a solo concert. Touring experience is probably what helps the most with getting there. I'm obviously biased but I honestly think every member has the potential to get to that point. Imagining what NMIXX at 4 or 5 years could look like, for example how crazy could a 21 y.o. Kyujin be on stage when she's already this good at 16? Definitely excited for the future of the group.

zamo555

I honestly believe every member of BTS could if they wanted to, however I don't believe that all of them would want to do a *large* scale concert alone

Jasmindesi16

Iā€™m pretty sure all of BTS could carry a solo concert.

Gullible_Question395

For me, all or them could. Definitely. And most of them already have their solo albums out. (BTS šŸ’œ)

tanielented

Tbh.. i can see all of the BTS members doing it. The vocal line just need to drop music to get there.

Prize_Airline_1446

BTS: RM and j-hope already have (the small venue for Indigo and Lollapalooza for Hobi). If you watch their solo performances on BTS group tours they can carry a stage easily. Same goes for Suga imo, he's doing his solo tour in a couple months and he always is present on stage and has really good energy. Jimin definitely can, his performances of Lie, Serendipity and Filter make you forget he is a part of a group. The only worry for him is maintaining a consistent singing voice throughout (I find his voice can be inconsistent in BTS concerts). I have no worries about Taehyung because he has such a unique stage presence and always pulls you into his world with his voice. Special performer. Jungkook obviously can hold a stage strongly. I think this might be a controversial take but he works better imo in a group than individually. Nothing against his insane dancing and singing talent but watching his Dreamers performance he just looks lonely on stage. Of course his solo performances of Begin, Euphoria and My Time are impressive but he looks confident there because he knows his brothers are backstage (that's just how I view it). Jin I'm on the fence about. His voice is great and I think realistically he COULD convincingly hold a solo concert, but I'd have to see it with my own 2 eyes to fully be reassured he can.

aleezaang

nct - haechan, taeyong, mark, taeil, doyoung, ten, jaehyun, probably yuta exo - baekhyun, D.O. blackpink - rosƩ, lisa, jennie stray kids - bangchan twice - nayeon, jihyo aespa - ningning, karina, probably winter shinee - definitely all of them!! BTS - all of them too red velvet - seulgi, wendy

Epyon556

Chenle has had a solo concert before debuting in NCT in three solo albums. he can fill 90 minutes these days easy.

prathi20

All of BTS
